We really enjoyed ourselves. Don and BJ were so welcoming. We had to peel our youngest daughter away from BJ - she asked if she could stay at Garnerland! Thank you very much! We look forward to coming back for another visit.

Wonderful and welcoming owners. We were shown around the place and then left alone. The property is clean and warm. The furnishings were comfortable. Highly recommend this for your next getaway. Plus they welcome you with a plate of delicious home made cookies! Lighting fast refund of the security deposit as well. We hope to stay again.

Great place to stay. We did a lot of hikes in the area. Takes some time to get to the main road depending upon where you want to go, but it was a great home base!

We enjoyed our stay. Location very close to Luray caverns and lots of shopping options. Cell signal and internet were very spotty but not a major issue.

Our family spent six days at the property and loved it. The porched deck was a hit! The kids loved the dogs and I enjoyed being disconnected from the normal world. We plan on coming back again.

Hosts are present on-site and very friendly. Travelers can expect to be welcomed and host, Don and BJ, are quick to offer help, if needed. City-dewellers be informed this property has well-water which is slightly mineral.

Our stay was so perfect that even though we have no reason to come back to Luray (we came for a wedding) we want to just to stay here again. Don and BJ are amazing hosts, we couldn't have asked for better ones. The place was clean, comfortable, relaxing, we were so impressed. It truly exceeded our expectations and the photos do not do it justice.

We rented the guest house Easter weekend. There were brownies and jelly beans when we arrived. Don, BJ and their fur babies were so friendly. Highly recommend this rental.

Our family loved staying here over New Year's! We mainly wanted a nice place to rest and enjoyed the gorgeous cabin and spending an afternoon looking at shops downtown Luray. The owner Don was friendly and helpful, and he took great care of us. The only concern was that our cell phone data connections were pretty weak out in the mountains, and the wifi in the cabin wasn't strong enough to stream videos, but we planned for this in advance and enjoyed DVDs, books, and watching the satellite TV. Highly recommended!
