We thought we were in heaven!

We met with friends from Kentucky, and spent a heavenly three days at this wonderful cabin. The best feature? The owners! They were so accommodating and fantastic to work with. The cabin itself was spotless and spacious, with beautiful views and many great features, including a private dock, deck with gorgeous views, and fully equipped kitchen. There are many places to go in the nearby area, including restaurants and marinas. We cannot praise this location enough. If we could give it ten stars, we would! We will definitely return.

Couldn't ask for anything better ...

Best experience we've ever had on VRBO.com ... Owners are awesome and extremely accommodating ... We booked the cabin last minute and they made sure everything was perfect .... The cabin itself was immaculate ... The location is perfect and the views are second to none ... We hope to make this an annual stop!

Great little getaway

After getting our daughter settled in her apartment in Blacksburg. we enjoyed a little family getaway to the lake! The cabin was immaculate, well-stocked and cozy. Great access to the lake (climbing the steps from the dock is a good workout!) and terrific views! !Hope to return for another visit!

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful lake cabin! Such spectacular views from the deck! Everything was so comfy and fully stocked in the home as well! We made breakfast, lunch, dinner from home each day, enjoyed meals on the porch with gorgeous views! We loved being able to pull our boat up and dock it right there at the fun floating dock! Absolutely perf location and view!!! Accommodations were so comfortable as well! Loved the games and the movies!!! We will look forward to staying again asap! So much peace and beauty in this wonderful place!!! Thank you all for the amazing stay!

Beautiful cabin, very clean and well kept property. Great owners, very helpful. Wonderful lake, peaceful, quiet location. Cabin has everything you need to live comfortably.

Great Family Vacation Spot

What a special place! We had a great time at Cabin at the Cove - clean and comfortable cabin, beautiful weather and lots to do! Our kids were able to enjoy the lake (swimming, boating, fishing), and they didn’t want to leave at the end of the week! Thanks Trina!

Cabin at the Cove

Beautiful, relaxing, clean, secluded except for the deer . Watching the deer walk by the deck was amazing! Enjoyed dinners on the deck, playing games with family. Easy to get boat in and out of water

perfect rental

a very well appointed cabin. peaceful and serene. beautiful view and very relaxing. everyone was totally pleased with this cabin. never got a chance to meet the owners.....they were very nice and helpful over the phone........thank you for the pleasant experience

Beautiful lake! Great place for family getaway.

Location was great and we had beautiful weather virtually all week. The floating dock was great for fishing and to easily tie off our ski boat. The house is well equipped. The cove is so tranquil and we enjoyed seeing and hearing lots of birds and wildlife, including bald eagle. Only a short swim or boat out to the open lake and beautiful vistas. Being early in the season we nearly had the lake to ourselves for skiing, wake boarding and swimming, though we were told it isn't a high traffic section of the lake at any time. The house is perched on a hillside, and there are many stairs down to get to the dock, but they are sturdy and include a landing to take a break if you need it.

Great Lakefront Cabin Getaway

We enjoyed a great weekend at the Cabin at the Cove. Cabin is very spacious and everything is modern and clean. Weather was too cold to go out on the lake, so we headed to Draper and rented bikes and rode on the New River Trail which was great. We look forward to visiting again.
