Perfect family getaway
My husband and I, plus our two young children (1.5 and 3) and two grandparents had a lovely long weekend stay at the Hunt Box. The property is a dream for young kids. Our children loved going on little adventures to visit the cows and horse and donkey and eating crabapples right off the tree. The field with the Christmas trees was also magical for our children. The house itself is beautifully furnished (we immediately put the nice teapots, candles, etc. out of little hands' reach) and the kitchen was the best stocked vacation rental we've ever stayed at. In addition to every kind of pot, pan, and appliance you could think of, there were herbs/spices, tinfoil, sugar, even birthday candles if you needed them. We also loved the fresh eggs, orange juice, butter, local honey and bottle of wine greeting us when we arrived. And the super soft sheets! I plan to order them for our own home.
