The house is in good shape, and the location is good. We were close to all of the Island attractions. The management team was very helpful and responsive.

This is the second time renting this property and it did not disappoint. Close to the park and dock, biking distance to trails, and big yard to play games, so perfect for our Chincoteague stay!

The house is as described by the manager and previous guests. It is older but in pretty good condition. Its a very short drive to any restaurants and to the park/beach entrance. There is some glassware, a coffee pot, silverware, hand soap, and a few hand towels. There are also a few blankets to be found in the bedroom. You will need to bring anything else. Another tip is that you enter via the side door - I did not realize that at first! Being able to walk the dog to the nearby park was nice, although watch out for little prickly seed pods on the ground! The property manager was very responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue.

Nice little house. Comfortable. Would recommend it to small family.

My family of four loved staying in this little house. It was an excellent location - super close to a great park where the kids played at the playground, we crabbed off the pier, and launched our kayaks to go see the ponies. The house itself is very basic, but served our needs well. Good sized bathroom. Enough room for the beds in the other rooms. Kitchen was stocked with the basics for a short stay. And a great yard to play ball with our dog who also had a great stay! We will absolutely book again!

Charming little home to enjoy the island with my family.

Great location and quiet. House will remind you of your grandmother's in the 70s but it is super clean and is perfect for a couple. There is a huge amount of property so it was perfect for the dogs.

This was a great place to stay for four nights on Chincoteague. Very clean and cool, and perfect for just the two of us. The location was nice - right next to the park where we walked several times to catch the breeze off the bay and watch people fishing and crabbing. We took bikes and it was a nice bike ride along the bay to get to town.

Generally clean although tacky. Very poor quality pots and pans. We brought one pan and used it and our own knives. Only three glasses in the house. Location next to cemetery should have been disclosed in description. No soap or towels for doing dishes. Bought our own toilet paper and paper towels. Bare minimum in the house.
