This cabin was awesome. Clean. Private secluded with lots of upgrades. Not your typical little cabin. The owners were nice and easy to work with. I would definitely go back. Friendly puppies too, for dog lovers!

We enjoyed staying at Garnerland. The location was ideal for all activities in and around Luray. The cabin was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The beds were comfortable and appreciated the ceiling fans. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch and used the gas grill to cook some of our meals. Our dog enjoyed playing with the resident dogs.

My stay at Garnerland has to have been the best Chrsitmas ever and I've had some great ones! They make sure you have everything you have at home and then some. It is nestled in the quiet Virginia mountains with breathtaking views and close proximity to Luray and Skyline drive. There is cable and wifi. BJ stopped by to have dinner and play board games! May God continue to bless the both of you. Jewel and Lynn

We had an amazing stay at Garnerland! The gorgeous log cabin home is appointed with comfortable beds, everything kitchen-related that you'll need to cook up some tasty food, and tons of hospitality! The hosts are friendly and kind, available if you need them but not if you don't. We had a bonfire in the backyard the first night and could see way more stars than in DC where we visited from. There are some grocery stores, fast food, and a CVS about 15 minutes away, in addition to being close to the Caverns and hiking. We hiked the Bird Knob Circuit and it only took us about 15 minutes to drive there which was incredibly convenient. We made great memories at the Garnerland cabin and we'd highly recommend that other groups of friends do the same. At only a 2-hour drive out of DC (if you leave before rush hour!), Luray is a welcome change of pace and a great spot to relax, play games, and enjoy being surrounded by nature. Archie (our furry friend!) enjoyed the big yard as well!

Don & BJ, Thank you both so much for allowing us to stay at Garner Land. The cabin is beautiful and the scenery is picture perfect. Our friends enjoyed it as much as us. The cabin has everything you could ask for from a full kitchen, 6 ft jacuzzi bath, cable, internet, charcoal & gas grill, balcony, screened in porch, laundry room, handicap access, coffee, tea, juice, fruit, cookies, candles, etc. It even came equipped with three fur babies to love on, very sweet and friendly dogs that came for a daily visit. The cabin is located close to the main town of Luray, approximately a ten minute drive tops. I highly recommend Garner Land to anyone! Thank you again for a FABULOUS July 4th vacation!! Our adventure with the Hawk family was a plus. It's not everyday you get to witness these beautiful birds up close and personal.

BJ and Don were the most hospitable hosts! We arrived early Friday evening to fresh baked cookies and an airy BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN cutest ever seen log cabin. The curtains slightly blowing with a slight cool breeze coming through....we felt at home right away. BJ and Don are the owners of this property (this is their Guesthouse with its OWN PRIVATE ENTRANCE). They met us when we arrived and showed us around the cabin VERY quickly and all the fully stocked amenities...from coffee, creamer, juices, tea, laundry area, cleaning supplies if we needed them...toiletries..qtips...LOL...they had literally thought of EVERYTHING!!! The master bedroom bed was a bit squeaky...so we opted to sleep in the loft which held a super comfy King bed. (It was a pretty cool experience sleeping in the loft anyways ;) We grilled out on Friday evening and had dinner both evenings in the screened in porch with the babbling brook in the background. SO peaceful and romantic!! We stayed over the weekend and we never wanted to leave! We CANT WAIT to go back! Thank you for helping us celebrate our 4 yr Anniversary...UNFORGETTABLE!
