Our Sanctuary is a water view townhome that offers 2 bedrooms, 21/2 baths, central air conditioning and a nicely equipped kitchen. It sleeps up to six (6) people with 1 Queen, 3 Twin, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Enjoy views of the sunset and watch the boats as they leave and enter Chincoteague channel from the deck or the second floor balcony. This home has a nice backyard that leads to the shared dock where you can try your luck at crabbing with the cages that are provided. We invite you to come and enjoy some much needed relaxation and make this your Chincoteague Island Sanctuary.
Please bring your own linens (2 Queen, 3 Twin), towels and washcloths. This home has a NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. We ask that you leave the home in a neat and tidy condition.

Policies
Maximum Occupancy of 6 people, including any person over the age of one year old.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, all fees collected will be refunded to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will make every attempt to re-rent the property. If we are able to re-rent the property, all fees paid less a $50.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice. If we do not re-rent the property, you will be refunded only your security deposit.
