Lorna's Dune is a waterfront home located on the Chincoteague Bay with excellent sunset views and launches from the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport. Lorna's Dune is a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, central air conditioned home that sleeps up to 4 people with 1 Queen and 2 Twin beds. On the first floor you will find the kitchen that is furnished with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, crock pot, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils and much more. Also, on the first floor you will find a dining room, 1 1/2 baths, living room, and an enclosed porch. The second floor boasts 2 nicely decorated bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other with 2 twin beds, and there is also an area to spend time reading a good book while enjoying views of the water. This home has 2 flat screen TV's with Hi-Def Cable, DVD player, and Wireless Internet. For outdoor enjoyment a charcoal grill and picnic table is provided. Lorna's Dune has a NO SMOKING and a NO PETS policy. Please bring your own linens for 1 Queen and 2 Twin Beds. We ask that you leave the home in a neat and tidy condition.

50% of the rental rate is required when reservation is made.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

$200 Refundable Security Deposit Required.
No refunds will be made due to inclement weather. The only exception to this policy is mandatory evacuation of Chincoteague Island. In the event of a mandatory evacuation of Chincoteague, you will be refunded the rental amount charged for the actual days the evacuation is in force.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, all fees collected will be refunded to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will make every attempt to re-rent the property. If we are able to re-rent the property, all fees paid less a $50.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
If we do not re-rent the property, you will be refunded only your security deposit.
