We rent Sunday to Sunday to allow our customers a full weekend. We also split weeks for those (like us!) that don’t want a full week. For peak season rentals we first book the beginning of the week (starting Sunday) before considering the second half of the week. We do this because we can always get a 2 or 3 day weekend booking, but if we book the weekend first we may never book the rest.
Rental rates: (Holiday rates are higher; please contact us for a quote.)
Shoulder Seasons: Spring rates slowly increase to Peak Season, then slowly decrease in the Fall to off-season rates. 3 night minimum stay for the weekend, two night minimum Sunday to Thursday. Please contact us for a specific shoulder season quote.

Best family reunion home we’ve ever had!!

This property was phenomenal for our needs for a small company offsite! John was extremely helpful and flexible even with the approaching hurricane (Florence). I highly recommend this option - it is a wonderful property - exceptionally nice and accommodating - and John is extremely helpful.

Eagle's Cove was everything and more for what we needed! We had our wedding at a local church in Lake Anna, and rented Eagles Cove for the picnic celebration afterwards! We had 22 people spend the weekend with us in the house, and there was more than enough room to have more stay with us as well! Our guests loved the screened in porches, they were a favorite in the mornings. The dock was the perfect hang out place! We were there mothers day weekend, and were able to use the slide and swim in the water the whole weekend! The pool table on the bottom floor was another huge hit! For the wedding, we had 35 people at the house celebrating with us, and no one felt like we were on top of each other! There is just so much room! All of the fridge space and food storage areas was another huge plus! We bought all the food for the weekend and had no problem storing it or finding fridge space!
The crew that rents out the house is very responsive and answered all of our questions! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway with tons of space for all your friends and family! I know our families and guests are already hoping we rent it out for our 1 year anniversary! Thanks for a wonderful, memorable weekend to start our marriage!

This property really does have it all. We had kids aged 2 - 10 in our group, and all of them had more than enough to keep them entertained. The house itself is spacious and designed with all the small details in mind. The owner was also extremely helpful with tips about the area and very organized with the logistics of the rental. All of this made for an easy and pleasant long weekend away. We will be renting here again as I'm sure most people who visit would.

It's safe to say that after staying in this house with our group (12 adults and 12 kids), we will never need to look for another vacation home again. This house has everything we needed in a perfect vacation home, and more. Our group of friends has rented several houses through the years across the eastern seaboard, but never one that had all the amenities that Eagles Cove has - a movie theater with huge projected screen and surround sound, massive playroom with air hockey and video games, slumber party/bunk bed room for the kids, pool table, poker table, piano, three screened-in patios (one with a huge dining table that runs the length of it, one with a ping-pong table, and one simply to lounge in), DirectTV, fully stocked kitchen, playset outside, firepit outside, dock and lake of course (which we didn't even get to use since we were in the middle of winter, but we never ran out of things to do!) As if that wasn't enough, the owners of the house put baby gates up on on the main floor stairways, provided two pack-and-plays for the babies, and two booster seats in the kitchen.
With our group having 12 kids, we honestly weren't sure if any house could easily handle the noise and energy of that many children (all under 8 years old), but this house handled it beautifully. The kids were always entertained, and the adults were truly able to spend quality time together while the kids had the time of their lives.
I can sometimes be quite picky, but this house was simply perfect in every regard. The one area where I could see others possibly complain was that the WiFi signal seemed weak, but we all actually enjoyed it because it forced us to unplug from the rest of the world and focus on quality time together, rather than sitting on our phones.
Thank you to the owners for all the effort and consideration you've put into this property. This house is a vacation in itself. Even in the middle of winter, we never ran out of things to do, and three night was simply not enough.
