Rachel's Retreat is Waterfront Relaxation at its finest, with gorgeous views of sunsets, balcony to enjoy the cool salt breezes, and a Master Bedroom and Living Room overlooking the waterfront.
In Sunset Bay Villas, this beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 bath with private den, central air conditioned villa sleeps up to 6 people with 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (in den). A Pack -and-Play is provided for our small guests. Open kitchen and living room allows for easy family gatherings and dinners. The kitchen is furnished with range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot and grinder, Keurig Coffee Maker, blender, pots and pans, dishes, silverware and much more.
Spend quality time together relaxing around the pool, strolling through town, exercising in the onsite fitness room, or just relaxing and watching TV together. You will find 3 Televisions in the home, one in the living room with DVD player, one in the master bedroom, and one located in the private den with DVD player. Internet is provided in the home for your enjoyment.
We ask that you bring your own sheets, towels/washcloths, blankets and pillows, but if you prefer the owner is providing sheets in the home for your use. We ask that the sheets be washed, folded, and placed back in the closet before departure. A washer and dryer is provided in the home for use. Please leave the home in a neat and tidy condition. There is a special area for you to park your boats & trailers, please note that you are not allowed to park boats and trailers in the main parking lots. Please check with us, and we will let you know where these can be parked.
You will not be able to take or use a grill on the balcony of this villa, but there are charcoal grills in the shared areas on the grounds that you can use.

Maximum Occupancy for this home is six (6) people, and must not be exceeded.
No Smoking allowed in home.
No Pets allowed in the home, on the grounds, or at the Wildlife Refuge.
50% of the rental rate is required when reservation is made.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Please bring your own linens (1 King, 2 Queen), towels/washcloths, blankets and pillows, or if needed the sheets can be provided. You will need to wash, dry, fold, and place back in closet before departure, if not a $50 fee will be deducted from security deposit.
$200 Refundable security deposit.
$100 Boat slip rental if requested.

Payments can be made in the form of personal checks, money orders, cashier checks, or you may pay by credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card there will be a 3% credit card transaction fee added plus a $0.30 invoice fee.
*The only exception to this policy is mandatory evacuation of Chincoteague Island. In the event of a mandatory evacuation of Chincoteague, you will be refunded the rental amount charged for the actual days the evacuation is in force.
*If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, all fees collected will be refunded to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
*If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will make every attempt to re-rent the property. If we are able to re-rent the property, all fees paid less a $50.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
*If we do not re-rent the property, you will be refunded only your security/ damage deposit.
*If it is necessary for us to cancel your reservation due to late payment of rental fees, you will be refunded only your security/ damage deposit.
*If you are a “no show”, you will be refunded only your security deposit.
