Exquisite ocean-to-bay views are just the beginning of what is offered by this professionally decorated corner unit. Fine furnishings throughout compliment a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

One of only a few corner units available, it offers four bedrooms and four baths to comfortably host a party of 10. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV and a large sectional couch and easy chair, and indulges guests with its breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Two sliding doors off the living room open out to the expansivewrap-around balcony which offers cushioned seating, a dining table, and coffee table - perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco while watching dolphins play in the ocean and seabirds riding the breezes. There are 5 flat screen TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room which also has a DVD and stereo, and a library of DVD movies for family fun time.

The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a double-sink vanity separate from the bathing area. This room is oceanfront, so you can watch the sunrise from the comfort of the king-sized bed or fall asleep to the soothing sound of the surf. Two of the other three bedrooms have private in-room baths and the bunk room has a bathroom just across the hall all of which have tiled floors and granite sinks and counters.

Sandbridge is a unique and beautiful destination to which many return year after year. This unit does not provide a land line telephone. MBR-K, 2nd-Q, 3rd-2 T/T bunk sets, 4th-Double. Two reserved parking spaces. Use of Condo Amenities, Swimming Pool (open 5/19-9/22), Limit 2 Parking Spaces Per Unit, NO Smoking, Fire Code Regulation Prohibits the use of Open-Flamed or Gas-Fueled Grilling Devices on Unit Balconies.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the Tenant, and received by Sandbridge Realty via facsimile, email or U.S. mail prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize Tenant’s loss. Tenant will NOT be issued a refund if the reservation does not rebook and confirm with payment for the original rental term. If the property re-rents and confirms for the original rental term and the original gross rent, Tenant will receive a refund of monies paid, less an 21% cancellation fee (calculated on gross rent) and less non-refundable items including, but not limited to, Travel Protection Insurance and Special Occasion Event Fee. If the property re-rents and confirms for a portion of the rental term or lower than the original gross rent, the shortage between the gross rent for the original rental term and the gross rent for the re-rented term will be deducted, along with non-refundable items and an 21% cancellation fee, prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment from replacement Tenant. Tip: Consider Travel Protection Insurance.
