Over a Half-Acre Lot. No Neighbors on One Side. Large Back Yard for Kids to Run Around. Driveway large enough for a boat and 2 cars/trucks. SORRY, BUT NO R.V.'s Are Allowed. Also, we cannot accommodate the charging of Electric Vehicles.
One Bedroom has 2 Double Beds, One Bedroom has 1 Double & 1 Twin, One Bedroom has a Day Bed with Trundle, 2 Twins. One Full Bath, One Half Bath.

About The Owner
We bought our First Chincoteague Home in 2006, a small cottage that we dearly loved. In 2021, we sold that Cottage and bought this house. We are thoroughly enjoying this beautiful property and especially that large 4-Seasons Room! So pleasant to sit in and gather together. The 4-Seasons room has a sitting area for 4, And a Bar table with 4 Bar Stools (maybe a "teen" area) and a Children's Corner with a Small Table & Chairs, suitable for Toddlers and children under 30 pounds.

If we are able to re-rent the property, all fees paid will be refunded to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice. If we do not re-rent the property, you will be refunded only your damage deposit.

What a Great House!
Clean, well stocked and perfect location. We have been coming to the island for over 30 years and this is the first trip with a baby/grandchild ;-0 Great memories were made! We recommend Island Dawgs & Steamers. Yum. See you next year Chincoteague.
P.S. If you are a plant lover, check out Thomas' Garden just outside the island. So many great finds!

A change of scenery
We wanted to bring our children here to get a change of scenery from our busy resort town of Ocean City, NJ. We had stayed here several times (before kids) and once when they were infants. Chincoteague is still a quaint beach town. We enjoyed every memory made and "Where the Sidewalk Ends." See You Again!

Our First Time Ever!
What a cute house! Thank you for opening your home for visitors! This was our first time ever to Chincoteague and now I wish we had booked longer than just a weekend! We had such a good time as a family at the carnival, the beach, eating "famous pizza" and even so the Ponies! Can't wait to come back! The Lindsays.

What a Lucky Find This Home Was!
Very Comfy and had everything we needed! We saw the Ponies, ate oysters, delicious libations, enjoyed the Beach, we danced in the kitchen (after some Rum Punch) ;-) The Sun Room was a great place to end the day!

Very clean and cozy
Our family of 4 was very comfortable at the house. Plenty of space, W/D on site, great 4-season room and much more... Could only stay for a few days, but hopefully next time we can do a full week.
Prompt response from the manager is also something to mention.
