Bayberry is an inviting, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, centrally air conditioned, canal front townhome that sleeps up to 6 people with 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleep Sofa, and 2 Twin beds. This island getaway is the perfect spot for enjoying the Fresh Salt Air from the first floor deck or the second floor balcony that has a view of the Chincoteague Channel. Upon entering the home on the first floor you will be greeted by a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, ½ bath, and an inviting living room with a queen sleep sofa. The second floor offers two bedrooms, the Master with a Queen bed, balcony, and a full bath, the second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bath.
Please bring your own linens (2 Queen, 2 Twin), towels/washcloths, blankets and pillows. This home has a NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. We ask that you leave the home in a neat and tidy condition.

This townhome is located along a canal with shared dock, but does not have access to deep water. Plenty of Crabbing off the dock!
