Cape Cottage is located in 'Holiday Hills', near the Virginia Dare Marina and close to the State Park. This is the best location on the lake with no steps to the dock. The water right off the dock is perfect for swimming, boating and all water sports. Great for the entire family, this cottage is a favorite with kids who love the large water trampoline, teens love the location on the lake for water sports and families love the beach volleyball court. Fisherman find our cove to be the lake's best for morning fishing.

The great dock is furnished with lounge chairs and an umbrella table and chairs. A canoe and kayaks are available for your use.

The house is located mid-way between the Smith Mountain Lake Dam and Bridgewater Plaza, between markers R-20 and R-22.

The cottage itself is fresh, clean and newly decorated with designer touches in every room. Sanitized linens and towels are provided for each rental (In-season only). Beautiful hardwood floors greet you upon walking in to the open space great room. On the main level is an open kitchen w/breakfast bar, great room w/Cable TV, dining room, Master Bedroom and Master Bath. Brand new beautiful en-suite Huge Master Bath with walk-in shower! Sliding doors from the great room and Master Bedroom open onto a beautiful sunporch that overlooks the lake. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms and a rec. room with sleep sofas, shuffleboard, slot machine and another Cable TV.
