These condos are individually owned in our rental program and the photos are of different units to give an idea of the different decor - all have the same layout.

The two bedroom condos offer a king or queen bed in each room and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The balcony has roll-back windows that are perfect for any weather - close for a sun room or open for fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, utensils, and appliances needed to create your favorite meals from home. All linens are included in rental. We suggest bringing extra beach towels so you do not have to use the bathing towels, however, there is a washer and dryer - please note detergent is not provided. You can enjoy the lake view from the kitchen, living room, and balcony.

Being in a resort community, there are plenty of activities for everyone - you will never want to leave! All guests have access to all of the amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court (equipment not included), playground, game room, walking trails, private beach, etc. There is also an 18-hole golf course on site; clubs not rented.

There is also a boat launch and complimentary floater docks during the day time. Please let us know if you will be keeping a watercraft in the water overnight so we can provide you with proper tags at the front desk along with taking payment for slip rental. From Memorial Day-Labor Day, we have on-site boat rentals through Mariners Landing Boat Rentals located in the pool house.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be allowed up to Eight (8) days prior to arrival date with a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within Seven (7) days of arrival date will result in a one night?s stay cancellation fee. No cancellations will be allowed on or after arrival date.


Lodging:
During seasons with use of the beach or pool it is recommended you bring your own towels for swimming or boating. Towels may not be hung from balcony railings.
Departure cleaning is provided with your reservation. Daily housekeeping may be requested at an additional cost.

No smoking is allowed inside the rooms, balconies or inside of any of the buildings at the resort. If there is evidence of smoking in a room or it?s balcony you will be charged a $200 fee for violation of our smoking policy.

No pet is allowed.

You must remove all items you brought into the room. All garbage must be removed from the room prior to departure. Refrigerators must be left empty. Dishes should be loaded into the dishwasher. Failure to remove garbage will result in a damage fee being charged to you. Garbage may be placed inside the dumpster located in the main parking area.

Posted guest occupancy per room may not be exceeded.


Damages:Each room is inspected after every departure. If the inspection reveals any damages including but not limited to damage to the unit, furniture, fixtures, other items of value that are in or part of the room or garbage left in the room the guest will be assessed the cost of remediating the damage. MLH will notify you with an itemized statement reflecting the damages and related cost.

Complimentary WIFI is provided in each unit. The passcode is located on the top of the router found in the living room or bedroom.
