1 Dog is allowed up to 45 pounds, $100 pet rent added to base rent, and $100 refundable pet damage deposit.
Dog breed will need to approved for insurance purposes.
Waterfront, please supervise children at all times.
No open fires allowed on the grounds at any time.
No fireworks allowed in home or on grounds.
A rental agreement will be sent to you to print out, read over, call with questions, sign and send back to me.
Please bring your own linens and towels or you may have them provided for a $50 linen fee.
