If you are making a reservation that will occur within less than a 30 day period, payment in full via credit card will be required at time of booking. When making a phone or online reservation, your credit card will be charged on the day your reservation is booked. KEYS WILL NOT BE ISSUED OR POSTED FOR YOU UNTIL YOUR FINAL PAYMENT & THIS SIGNED AGREEMENT ARE RECEIVED.
Occupancy- Guest shall not occupy the rental unit at any time with more guests (including ALL children) than stated on this agreement and/or stated as maximum occupancy on the Reservation Confirmation. In no event shall guest assign or sublet his/her rental agreement/rental unit. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests shall not leave minor children unattended on premises. Guest acknowledges and agrees that the rental unit will not be used for any type of special or commercial event(s) such as parties (public or private), receptions, weddings, etc.
