This property was one of the first houses built inside Bayside Village. There is construction going on in the neighborhood (nearby homes). Cassatt Green Park on street in front of house is completed, with red pavers, sea grasses and boxwood bushes. Beautiful!

Enjoy great golfing at the two signature golf courses by Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus, while the rest of the family spends the long summer days at the resort's swimming pool or private beach (summer months). Cape Charles' amazing sunsets can be enjoyed at the beach, the front porch or deck.

We have 2 adult beach bikes, one youth bike and one girl toddler bikes with training wheels available for our guests. Also available are tennis rackets and balls, a cornhole game set, 4 beach chairs, tent, baby jogger, etc.
