Reservation holder must be 21 or older and present for the duration of the booked dates. You will receive a digital lease to sign and a copy of a valid photo ID must be provided. Payment in full is expected at the time of booking unless other arrangements are agreed upon between guest and host.

We do verify the number of guests/pets staying with us per your booking arrangement. If you have over the number of guests/pet as agreed to and paid for at the time of booking we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and you will be asked to leave immediately without refund. If more guests plan to join you after you make the reservation please let us know and we will update the reservation.

According to our Lease, CHECK-IN TIME is after 3 pm. CHECK-OUT TIME is 11:00am.

CAMPFIRE in designated area only! Limited supply of firewood is provided. Additional wood can be purchased at local convenience stores.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED AREAS! (Front porch or back porch) Please do not throw butts in the yard. Do not leave food or garbage outside cabin without putting in the trash can with lid. (It attracts raccoon, skunks, possums, bears).

Trash cans are located behind side deck. Please enjoy our property as it were your own, but remember, you will be held responsible for any missing/damaged items.

If you move furniture please move it back to its original setting.

Linens are included with your reservation. Sheets and pillowcases must be used at all times.

Extra propane is available.

Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.

We do not ask that you clean before you leave, our cleaning crew will do that thoroughly.

We do ask that you do please put soiled linens in laundry area and start dishwasher. We also appreciate your taking out any trash and placing in the outside containers. Please sweep/mop up any dirt, mud, food or spilled items on floors to avoid staining the surfaces.

Make sure gas propane tank on grill is turned off. Please lock all windows and doors.

Please check property and grounds for any animal waste and dispose of it properly.

Please check for any personal items that you may have left behind. Please check under beds/drawers/closets.

Please make sure the hot tub lid is on properly and locked down.

When you leave please return the central a/c and heat as follows: Please leave the heat set, during the winter at 68 degrees. Summertime cut ac back to 72 degrees.

Check-in: Anytime after 3 PM

Check-out: 11 AM

Our cleaning team will arrive at 10:45 am and can offer you assistance if needed.

In the event a Guest wishes to terminate this agreement, the Damage Waiver, Cleaning Fees and Administration fees are non-refundable and 20% of the base rental amount shall be forfeited if the cancellation is made more 30 days in advance of the arrival date. If cancellation is within 30 days or less of the arrival date, 100% of the total rental amount shall be forfeited. (This includes cancellation of additional paying guest, pet fees, and balance payments) Rates are subject to change without notice. No show, delayed arrival-early departure, inclement weather: Any monies paid toward reservation are forfeited. No refunds for unused nights in cabin i.e. delayed arrival or early departure. No refunds or rain checks for inclement weather.

Emergency situations (including deployment) will be considered on a case by case basis.
