UPSTAIRS: Three bedrooms (one queen bed, one twin bed, one king bed) & one full bathroom with bathtub. MID-LEVEL: Living room with sleep sofa, dining room & kitchen. DOWNSTAIRS: One bedroom (one double bed), one full bathroom with shower stall & a large family room. [Modern outside shower is our 3rd bathroom]
Walk 100 yards to the beach with no traffic in your way. Bike to the boardwalk without crossing Atlantic Avenue. Located just one block from the entrance to First Landing State Park. Two bicycles provided.
Linens, towels & beach towels provided. Private front- and back-yards. Private hot tub. Ample parking available.

Great beach house for our family of 4!
Safe and easy access to the beach with everything you need including beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, bikes, and a great hot tub for rainy days! Lots of beach towels to use and a wonderful outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand. Gourmet kitchen with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal and a Weber propane grill outside for easy grilling. We’d definitely come back to this house again!

Nice remodel of an older home. Loved the kitchen! Good location near the beach. Some of the older doors downstairs tend to stick and hard to open. But, overall loved the house. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, Convenient and Beautiful!
Loved renting this beach house! Everything was so clean and such a family oriented home, we had teenagers and toddlers both, everyone had a wonderful time and the walk to the beach was so convenient and not crowded at all!

Great beach home for family with kids
Our family with three small children spent a week here and really enjoyed the home. The kitchen has been beautifully redone and the space was perfect for small kids. The house had lots of gear for the beach in addition to a pack n' play and lots of toys for the kids. Would highly recommend for a family.

Great location and setting...
This property has a great location with a very short and easy walk to the beach. It is very well equipped - especially the beautiful gourmet kitchen. We had three young children with us on this trip and the house is very child friendly with a great variety of toys and art supplies. We enjoyed the backyard spa! Would definitely visit again.

All the amenities and away from the crowd
We've been to Virginia Beach several times over the last 15 years but this was our first time staying at North End. The house and the location were excellent. Access to the beach was easy and even over a hot weekend the beach never felt crowded. There were many things about this house that we loved: the outdoor shower stall (essential when returning from the beach!), the hot tub (for relaxing after being at the beach), and the exceptionally well-stocked kitchen and appliances. We like to cook a lot, even on vacation, but in some rentals you never know what you're going to find to cook with. Not so here. Everything from the silverware, the knives, the pots/pans, the gas stove, the Weber grill, were absolutely a joy to use. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the two living room areas. While we did not get a chance to use the bikes (it was just so hot all week we were there), there were other things the owners provided that were very much appreciated such as an extra sun umbrella and chairs, and even one of their boogie boards when our son's broke early on. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Property was clean, neat, very practical for renters. Many beach materials (i.e. chairs, toys, etc.) were provided with the home and fit a wide age range of renters - from families with young children to older teens. The hot tub was very popular with my teenagers.
The home was within easy walking distance from the beach. The beach was not crowded because of its distance away from the Boardwalk activities and more densely populated areas along the Beach. The home was located far enough away from the more crowded areas near the boardwalk - so the stay was more quiet and relaxing. However, the Virginia Beach boardwalk was close enough, to easily drive to the boardwalk, fireworks, restaurants, and other activities for entertainment. We especially like the convenience of a nearby State Park allowing for kayaking on the nearby bay, as another option to the activities.
Property manager and Owner was very responsive to a maintenance repair request made during our stay. I would highly recommend the home for vacationing at Virginia Beach!

Very nice!
We were four adults and four children. The house was clean and well maintened. Everything discribed one the site was in place and correctly working. The second refrigerator in the garage was very helpful! The table in the backyard had a sun umbrella and we used it for lunch every day. The communication between us and the owner was excellent. Our vacation was a success!

Ideal location and nice amenities at Va Beach house
We took our family of 4 plus 2 aunts to this location for a week. The house is clean, comfortable, and is accurately described on the website. The kitchen is well-stocked for a beach rental. The owners obviously enjoy cooking! Owner-provided linens and very nice beach towels and chairs are a plus. We also enjoyed riding the two adult bikes around the neighborhood and across the street in the State Park. The house is in an upscale neighborhood and the beach is not crowded. Overall, it's a great location, we thoroughly enjoyed the week, and hope to stay at this home again.
