We always stock our cabins with all bed linens, bathroom towels, soap, and toilet paper. The kitchenette has a two-burner electric stovetop built in, microwave, coffee maker, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. We do not supply pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cups, or coffee. There is a television but no satellite or cable TV. Feel free to bring your own DVD player, games, etc. and cords as we do not supply cords for devices. Outside, there is a covered porch with benches, your own picnic table and fire ring. You can cook on the fire ring and later push aside the grate to sit around the fire. Firewood is for sale on the porch. Guests have access to the parking lot and the yards behind the cabins. Feel free to bring a Frisbee!

My husband Pat and I built the original cabins in 2009 and 3 new ones in 2016 after spending much time in the area. We loved the location being 4 miles from the New river and close to all national parks. The Gorge is an awesome site and we hope others enjoy are area as much as we do. Close to white water rafting and rock climbing areas too. We decided to make it pet friendly as well!

This is the perfect place if you have plans to enjoy the outdoors! We had reservations for white water rafting at Adventures on the Gorge and you can’t find a place any more convenient than this place. We brought a toaster for breakfast and items for making s’mores which made it even more fun. It makes sense to stay at a more cabin like place. As long as you look at the pictures, read the description, and follow the map she sends, you won’t be misled. It’s a great place to stay and the communication is superb!

Cabin is in super location to attractions around the area. Rustic cabin with everything you need. We had 3 kids and 5 adults. No tv reception but can bring whatever you want to hook up. We liked that kids learned they didn’t need those things. Very nice host and helpful

Great spot for a home base, while we explored the area. Close to everything, but still provided us privacy and escape. Clean, dry, cool...the beds are more comfortable than one may think upon first look. It was the perfect place to rest after a day of hiking before we continued our trip. Lory was super accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely look them up, next year, when we come back .

Fun for a short stay. Sort of roughing it but a fun fire pit and woodsy feel. Great air conditioning that kept us sleeping great! Our kids loved the loft with their own space!
