Walk to your dock, pools, fitness center, beach, tennis, racquetball, the restaurant and bar. You will love the convenience of this condo. The owners have invested a great deal of time, and effort in this condo to make sure you have a wonderful vacation, including a Smart TV's. Bluetooth sound bars. If you have more people, there are 3 more rentals homes in this building. You will enjoy shopping at Westlake, and for convenience, you will enjoy Bernies Store and Gift shop.

Great stay!
This was the perfect trip away for us! Kids loved walking to the pool, lake and boat ramp.

Beautiful setting. Comfortable stay
Place was everything we hoped for. Furniture Is different than photos but equally nice. Great being close to tennis courts, beach and esp the marina for renting boat. 15 mins from lots of restaurants. Restaurant at Bernard’s Landing was closed for dining but we did have a delicious carry out meal. Patio offers wonderful unobstructed view of lake. Remember to look into closet for chair cushions. We’ll stay at Bernard’s Landing again!

The place was clean, with a beautiful view. I would highly recommend.
Property was clean, and had an amazing view. Right next to the clubhouse making either the lake or pool easily accessible.

Most relaxing place on earth!
My family visited Smith Mountain Lake for the first time and stayed at Bernard's Landing. This place was amazing! The condo was beautiful and well supplied. The lake was clean and the surrounding areas were quiet. We will return annually for more R & R!

Fantastic Condo
This condo has a great view of the water & mountains and is only up a 1/2 flight of stairs. Great furnishing & well-stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook a thing when we were there). Extremely close to the pool and an easy walk down to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Love SML!
The unit was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for my family of four (the 2nd bedroom with twin beds was perfect for my 2 kids). The clubhouse is just a short walk away and has all the amenities you could want...indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis, library etc... and Bernie's store has a little bit of everything, if you forgot anything!

Beautiful lake. Quiet and peaceful. Condo felt like home.

Comfortable, Fun & Convenient
Everyone was very friendly and it felt very safe for my family and me. Things that we needed were within walking distance and the lake was absolutely perfect. We rented paddle boards and had two days on rented pontoon boats. We all had a fantastic time.
