This 3-bedroom, 3 Bath home is the perfect home for waterfront enjoyment. This house has it all for the water lover in us, all with 67 feet of waterfront. Hang out on the dock and fish. Get in the water, swim, relax indoors, play darts, or watch a movie. You can do so much at this home. You can jump over to the town, beach, or even a winery. All the action is a 4-7 mile drive! Or boat over! The upstairs bar room has amazing views and games (dart board), music, and a tv for sports or movies. Inside you will find 3 huge bedrooms all with their own bathrooms (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs). Upstairs relax in your own entertainment space with a full bar area (full refrigerator). The living room has full cable package with a huge couch and 2 lazy boys to relax on. The kitchen is newly remodeled. The laundry room is its own room with plenty of space. I would consider the back two decks to be amazing places to hang out too. The view is priceless. The house has a big front yard for parking and a fire pit in the backyard. The dock has a boat lift, jet ski lift, and crab pot hanger (crab pots available, too). Fishing poles and life jackets are provided. A canoe to explore the waterway (so much nature, including eagles, swans, fish, and other wildlife). Corn hole is available in the garage.

About The Owner
I'm your host, but the home is owned by a family of 5. Mother, father, 2 sons, and myself (daughter). Most of the family lives in Manassas, VA, and I live in Orlando, FL. Our father is a retired Navy Captain, so the family has moved all over the United States. We have lived in 4 states as a family, and the three children have mainly stayed in VA. I'm the only one out of state, but you will feel like I'm up the street. I pride myself on my customer service skills. My background out of college was Marriott Hotels for 9 years. Hospitality is my passion, and I'm excited to get to know you while you enjoy our home.

Turn Lights Off When Away
No fires in firepit before sundown - The Colonial Beach Burning Law bans open-air burning prior to 4:00 p.m.
Take food out of the fridge before leaving.
Check laundry room for clothes before leaving.
Leave all used bedding and towels on the laundry floor before leaving. Start a load of either sheets or towels.
No sleeping on the couch in the living room.
Make sure fire (inside and outside) are put out.
