Come visit this gorgeous 7 bedroom, 6 bath waterfront home in the premier community of Noah’s Landing on the Private side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the exquisite views from every bedroom. Relax in the spacious 2-story great room with lots of seating and a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen easily accommodates large groups with two sinks, two ovens, two dishwashers, two microwaves, and two refrigerators. Other highlights include the walk-in pantry and a total of 80 cubic feet of refrigerator/freezer space (three refrigerators/freezers!). There is a breakfast bar for added seating as well as an octagon shaped breakfast nook with a panoramic view. For your outdoor enjoyment we have a private beach (natural sand in the water & gentle slope), covered pier with a third screened in porch (two on the house) & huge sun decks, large gas grill, horseshoes, play set, tetherball, floating "Otter Island" swim raft, foosball, ping pong, and half-court basketball area.
Each of the three master bedrooms has a sleep number king-sized bed, private bath, and HDTV. There are three entertainment centers with 1080p HD screens ranging from 50” to over 90”, all include surround sound. In addition to the exercise room and great room there are two other indoor recreational areas. The upstairs game room includes three 24" HDTVs with ATARI style multi-game controllers, an air-hockey table, board games, books, and Legos. The lower level game room is perfect for the adults with a wet bar, fireplace, pool table, large HDTV, Blu-ray DVD player, and a large poker/game table.
Weddings/Receptions: We do not cater to weddings or receptions on the property. If you are interested in housing your wedding guests with us, please send an inquiry. We have two houses within .5 miles of each other that can sleep up to 24 people each.
Please note that we do not rent to College students/organizations or anyone under the age of 25.

Spacious, well stocked gourmet kitchen with large island and dual sets of appliances. Three refrigerators for use! Large, multi-burner stove built into the island. Double oven - great for large meals! Dual Microwaves. Dual dishwashers. Dishes, utensils, pots, pans, crockpot provided. Large pantry to store your food supplies. Coffee maker/grinder. Dining room table, kitchen table, bar stools, extra folding chairs, and four (4) linked tables on the deck to seat up to 24 people. Also provide a 6 seat table on the smaller screened in porch for dinner. Enclosed gas fireplaces on main and basement floors. Washing machines/dryers onsite for use.

Policies
We do not allow weddings or receptions on the property.
We also offer gasoline onsite for boats/PWC if you are interested ($200 gasoline deposit and per gallon price is determined the week of your stay based on local pump prices). There is a 5.3% Virginia tax and 2% Louisa County tax assessed on the rent.
In the event of a cancellation, tenant is responsible for notifying the property manager via email as soon as possible. Cancellation fee is $150 and subtracted from any amount returned. Security and gas deposits will be refunded immediately as well as unused cleaning fees and applicable taxes (minus the cancellation fee).
If notice is given 90 days or more from rental timeframe, all rental monies collected will be immediately refunded (minus the cancellation fee).
If notice is given within 90 days of rental timeframe, we will do our best to re-rent “your” time.
If the timeframe is re-rented at the same price, all rental monies will be refunded (minus the cancellation fee).
If the timeframe is not re-rented, one-half (1/2) the rental price will be refunded (minus the cancellation fee).

Very nice house . On the warm side of Lake Anna . Loved to spend time on the huge deck, double level dock which even had a slide .

Family Vacation
Rental property was ideal for our family of 8 adults and 9 children. The water slide was used every day along with the kayaks and paddle boards. We will return again.

Perfect House
Wonderful house for a family vacation. Spacious, well equipped and everything we could have asked for. Beach area absolutely great for all ages. The friendly caretaker even stopped by to welcome us. Definitely at the top of our list of VRBO properties we’ve stayed at.
