This house was excellent. The owners are attentive, but give you space. We had 9 kids that just had a blast! They loved the kids game room which gave the moms and dads a little space. The slide was a hit, the dock was awesome.... it met all my expectations. We also rented a jet ski with the partner they recommended, which was awesome! They even left us the life jackets so kids could borrow when we were done with rental. This house has everything you need. We will definitely be back.

Great experience for our entire family re-union. Small problems were taken seriously and acted upon immediately. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat and will likely re-book in the future.

Because Lake Anna 's private side doesn't have a lot of boat traffic, we were able to do water sports all week long at anytime of the day. The house was laid out really great it was perfect for the three families that were there. When we ran into a little bit of a problem, Greg, the house manager, was incredibly responsive and fixed the problem immediately. We definitely hope to come back!

One of the best maintained house we have stayed in with a recurring group of 12 adults and 10 kids (+-2-4 people). There were little to no spider webs or bugs on the windows doors etc which typically I spend an hour sweeping away. Best deck we have had with screened room and two ceiling fans, even in the hottest part of day can hang out. The slide kept kids going all day, and the swim platform was King of the Hill Central. Grill was nice and newer, theatre room great for kids at night. Cookware etc a Hodge podge but had everything we needed for huge dinners every night.
Cons were the lake itself is relatively small portion with no public beaches, and the water was seriously hot. Like 94° hot.
We had an issue with lost water pressure a couple of times, but Greg and Todd both came out at like 10 pm to check it out. Todd had to come the next day again, but I believe they are upgrading the water system soon. Most responsive Maintenance team I've ever dealt with.

We had 5 families stay for a HighSchool graduation celebration. The boys all had a fabulous time on the water. The home is perfect for entertaining and is well stocked.
We made wonderful memories and look forward to returning some day.

We celebrated our 12th family reunion at this property. We had a wonderful time. Over all the experience was a good one.
That being said I would like to mention a few things. ...with a large group we had to cook quite a bit. This property did not have Enough silverware to feed the number it was said to house. Little things like two burners on the stove not working, water softener getting backed up and making tap water salty.
The caretaker was great in taking care of the water problem.

Every year I organize a group of friends - mostly from the DC area - to travel to Lake Anna and year after year we have an amazing time. Serenity Cove was no exception; the house is situated on a beautiful, quiet portion of the lake and it was so wonderful to have a dock that could accommodate our entire group. We're a bunch of adults but we all turned into kids with the water slide - we had such a blast! We were too busy catching up to try out the entertainment room but it seems perfect if you have a rainy day during your stay. Jim and Amy were very responsive as were the other caretakers they worked with, making the whole process very easy. Definitely recommend!
