These condos are individually owned in our rental program and the photos are of different units to give an idea of the different decor - all have the same layout.
The two bedroom condos offer a king or queen bed in each room and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The balcony has roll-back windows that are perfect for any weather - close for a sun room or open for fresh air.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, utensils, and appliances needed to create your favorite meals from home. All linens are included in rental. We suggest bringing extra beach towels so you do not have to use the bathing towels, however, there is a washer and dryer - please note detergent is not provided. You can enjoy the lake view from the kitchen, living room, and balcony.
Being in a resort community, there are plenty of activities for everyone - you will never want to leave! All guests have access to all of the amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court (equipment not included), playground, game room, walking trails, private beach, etc. There is also an 18-hole golf course on site; clubs not rented.
There is also a boat launch and complimentary floater docks during the day time. Please let us know if you will be keeping a watercraft in the water overnight so we can provide you with proper tags at the front desk along with taking payment for slip rental. From Memorial Day-Labor Day, we have on-site boat rentals through Mariners Landing Boat Rentals located in the pool house.
Mariners Landing Hospitality's rental program is made up of 50+ units that range from parking lot side Studio Suites to our lake front One, Two, Three, and Three Bedroom Bi-Level condos. Each are individually owned and managed by our rental company.
